OH EM GEE I FORGOT TO BLOG ON THE WEEKENDS. I didn't game too which is also a wonder which will never be solved =\ (doing geography homework right now btw, not that anyone cares [including me]) Wanna know something SUPER GAY? Ok, well yesterday I went off my computer so that I could do some massive English assignment/homework. Thing is... I FOUND IT WASN'T HOMEWORK WHEN I GOT TO SCHOOL OMG T_T -slashes wrists- OMG DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED ON SATURDAY? OMG. I was changing my shirt but my dad was next to me. He looked at me and prodded my abs... which reminded me of basketball omg. ._. he was like: "hey you didn't have those last year," in shang. Yea, then I fully bailed and found some other shirt in another room xD Had a pretty epic reproduction test in Science today, I reckon I did pretty well :) But I may have failed on some diagram which I have to label each journey of when the egg is released, fertilised, becomes blastocyst and implants. I kinda made an educated guess =\ And for the responses which required a few sentences and were worth about 5 marks, I bullshitted SO MUCH. Well, not entirely bullshit. I gave him the good reasons and sufficient answers but I added so much words and description which made it super long. Uhm, time to talk to you all about MUSIC. Yes, I like post-hardcore and screamo. But you're probably going to say: "bla bla, screamo isn't music." Well for your incorrect information, it is. Music is a way of expressing yourself through variations of sounds. Screamo is evolved from hardcore, punk and is an offshoot of emo (i'll explain emo later on because this is even more misunderstood by the oblivious pop&rock society). It is expressing vocals through dissonance and (normally loud) dynamics. It's ignorant to say it's not music. Look at the instrumentation used: guitars, drums, etc. That's musical, if you disagree with that, you're not very intelligent. Anyway, screaming is just simply another way of expression. Onto the emo genre. No, it's not "omg, im going to cut myself and kill everyone blah blah blah" Emo is influenced in music so much you may not know it. It's simply music which is very expressive and has "often confessional lyrics". The reason the majority of emo influenced songs are sombre is because confessional lyrics are often sad... Blessthefall is emo influenced, so is [Joanne's] Owl City, and so are so many other artists. I just want you all to get that topic right, because it's so misunderstood. -sigh- Anyway... volleyball starts tomorrow :) Bought a folder which I couldn't find in Officeworks for $8. TYVM. OH YEA UHM... I FORGOT TO SIMPLIFY ROOT OF 128 SO I LOST A MARK AND AS A RESULT, MISSED OUT FIRST PLACE IN CLASS AND CAME SECOND AFTER DINO. NOOOOOOOOOOO.:( ~kang |
